Positive: I liked host energy to make the stay comfortable. If you ask something extra the host makes it happen and communicates in no time. Also the property was super clean with all necessary items and the location is super accessible from the city center.
Negative: There is nothing which I could complain about.

Positive: Location is nice, near to the tramway to the historical city center and the neighbourhood is safe for families with kids. There is a few supermarkets around, decent dining options and a superb bakery just behind corner. Dishwasher and washing machine capsules were provided, kitchen included basics like some tea, oil, salt...
Negative: We would welcome fresh towels (ours were smelling funny) and the bedding had similar odour. Trash can in the bathroom was already half full when we arrived... But overal cleanliness was rather good

Positive: Quiet neighborhood. Extra single bed was added for our child. Coffee & basic condiments we’re provided. Close to tram station.
Negative: The rugs, couch & otoman require a good deep cleaning (rest of apartment was clean). The hallway of the building smelled strange (sewrage). It takes 10 minutes of walking to get to the closest Food Market

Positive: The apartment was on the fifth floor and had a beautiful view. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication with David was excellent. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than planned, as we had an earlier flight. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Positive: I had a great stay at this clean and cozy studio. The location is excellent, in a quiet residential area but still very close to the tram, making it easy to get around Brussels. A real highlight is the amazing bakery Brood just around the corner, perfect for fresh pastries in the morning. Highly recommended!

Positive: A place where you naturally feel good, and where everything is done to make you feel good. Well-equipped, with all modern amenities, nothing to complain about. More than just an ideally located place in a great neighborhood with excellent access to all amenities, it's a pleasure to be there. I would have happily stayed ;-) I highly recommend it. In addition, the little touches —a bottle of fresh water, a few coffee capsules, and a base of condiments— show the extra pleasure to share a way of making at ease, and the importance of conveying the idea of ​​also sharing something pleasant. Furthermore, the communication with the host is clear, efficient, professional, and pleasant.
